Created by the merger of VideoPro and Smartpresence, TenFour stands on a foundation of nearly 250 years of combined industry experience amongst its staff. Highlights Through The Years

2009

VideoPro is founded. 28 staff strong, VideoPro emerges as a leader in the AV industry with a reputation spanning across key sectors in New Zealand. With almost 20 years of experience in excellence and innovation, VideoPro is recognised for delivering exceptional service and the broadest range of AV products in the country.

2012

Formation of Smartpresence with a staff of 10. As the only Polycom partner and service provider in New Zealand, Smartpresence’s loyal clientele includes numerous organisations across all major industries. Smartpresence is known for its excellent customer service and the highest level of ongoing support.

2019

Creation of TenFour in February 2019 by bringing together Smartpresence and VideoPro. After a history of working together in close association, the union of the two companies brought AV conferencing and Unified Communications expertise under one roof to deliver the best and most comprehensive experience to clients.

2022

TenFour is 38 people strong with almost two decades of experience in the industry. We are New Zealand’s premier end-to-end provider of Audio Visual and Unified Communications technology design, delivery and support.
